We are pleased to announce the General Availability of Archer Next Generation User Experience (NGRX) in Non-Production and Production environments across all regions as of October 09, 2025. This release includes functional enhancements and several issue resolutions.
New & Improved
- Broadhead Commands <Custom Object>
- 'set-value' command : Now provides support for Attachments, External Links, Images, IP Address, and Record Status
- 'refresh-record' command : This allows you to refresh the record
- Now, have the ability to sort the columns directly from the search results page.
- Mapbox and Network Graph reports are now available in New Experience too!
Fixes
This release includes key bug fixes to improve usability and consistency:
- Empty Tabs Displayed: Tabs were shown even when no fields were present. This has been corrected to hide empty tabs.
- Inline Edit Disabled for Cross-Referenced Fields: Inline editing was unintentionally disabled on record pages for cross-referenced fields when the 'remove button for records' field configuration was enabled. This behavior has now been fixed.
