We are pleased to announce the General Availability of Archer's New User Experience in Non-Production and Production environments across all regions as of November 21, 2025. This release includes functional and several issue resolutions.
New & Improved
- Multi-Level Cross References set to the Single Column display type will now show unselected parent records also with hyperlinks.
- Enhanced Calculation Error Details :When a calculation fails due to a dependency, the error modal now provides clearer insights:
- Failed Related Calculation: Displays the error of a calculated field directly referenced in the current calculation.
- Root Error: Shows the error information from the calculated field causing all dependent calculations to fail.
- Cross References in Single Column display mode can now supports a flat list of selected records when the option “Display cross-referenced records in a data level tree structure within view mode and search results” is turned off.
- Users can now seamlessly export and import audit workpaper data directly from the New UI.
- When a user edits a record, the system will now automatically re-acquire the record lock. The record lock will be retained for 15 minutes after the last field change occurred.
Fixes
This release includes key bug fixes to improve usability and consistency:
- Resolved an issue where the Business Unit cross-reference lookup in Risk Assessment data did not display results when filters were applied.
- Fixed a defect where date fields would shift back by one day after saving a record in certain time zones.
- Addressed an issue where questionnaire records created through cross-reference fields were not automatically linked to their parent record after creation.
