Deprecation Announcement: Archer Web Services APIs (SOAP APIs)

As Archer continues our journey to improve client experience with various aspects of the Archer Platform, Archer is formally announcing deprecation of the Archer Web Services APIs (SOAP APIs) after December 31, 2029. Support for our SOAP APIs will be deprecated in OnPrem and SaaS releases on or around this date. Integrations and utilities which make use of these APIs will need to be altered to utilize alternative endpoints and connection methods.

All clients with integrations that utilize the Archer Web Services APIs (SOAP APIs) will need to identify them and plan to change them to utilize other Archer APIs, connection methods or integrations. Archer understands this change may significantly impact some clients, which is why we are providing extended advance notice of its deprecation.

Archer recommends clients prepare an inventory of any existing integrations using the Archer Web Services APIs. More information will be forthcoming throughout 2026 that will outline alternative options for SaaS and OnPrem clients to migrate their integrations.
