Record Summarisation - Now Available!

We are pleased to announce the availability of Record Summarisation in Non-Production environment for NGRX as a Beta feature.

The AI-powered record summarisation utility analyses individual records to provide concise summaries highlighting key information.

Key Features

• On-Demand Summarization: Generate summaries for records as requested by users.
• Data Privacy: The data is not used to train models. We ensure the AI model retains no data.
• Data Residency: Your data stays in its region. Instead of moving your data to a model, we bring the model to your region to ensure compliance and governance.
• Role based Access: Feature honours existing user access permissions. If a user doesn’t have access to a field, it won’t show up in the summary.
• Opt In: The feature is disabled by default. You only enable them when you’re ready, via configuration flag in AIM.

• Improved Efficiency: Saves time for users by providing quick insights into records.
• Enhanced Clarity: Helps users understand the current record state without scrolling through the entire record details.

Feature Enablement via AIM

• User needs to enable the AIM flag called "isAIRecordSummaryEnabled" to start using the feature
• The feature is currently available in Beta, only in Non-Production environment. We are using this as an opportunity to gather feedback from our clients.

Summarization Properties

• The feature shall generate a summary of the key information from the primary record only. (It will not include cross-reference and related record details).
• The summary will be limited to 150-200 words.
• The summary will be generated in real-time on click of a button.

Usage Limit

This feature limits users to four summaries per session only.

Capability Overview

After enabling Record Summarisation, an AI icon appears in the right panel of each record page. Click it to open the panel.

User Feedback

The interface will have an option for users to provide a feedback. For improvement areas, user can specify the reason while submitting the response.

Users can share opportunity areas by clicking the thumb-down icon
