Hi, Archer Pros!
Ready to prove your Archer platform expertise? Earning an Archer Certification is a great way to do just that. If it’s been a year or more since you last explored Archer Certification, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know as you head down the certification path.
Archer Platform Certification Exam Structure
There are three platform certification levels, designed to match different experience levels:
Level 1: Archer Certified Associate
Best for:
- Business users with hands-on Archer experience
- Professionals who make Archer-related recommendations (e.g., Solution Owners, Sales, Account Managers)
If you’ve never been an Archer administrator but regularly work in the platform, this is the right place to start.
Level 2: Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist
Best for:
- Archer administrators comfortable with Admin Essentials
- Building applications
- Managing access control scenarios
- Creating notifications, reports, and dashboards
If these tasks feel familiar, this level is a good fit.
Level 3: Archer Certified Administrator – Expert
Best for:
- Experienced admins with deep Archer knowledge
- Advanced topics such as:
- Data Feed Manager
- Advanced Workflow
- Questionnaires
- API functionality
- Infrastructure-related concepts
This exam is designed to demonstrate broad and advanced expertise—including topics outside a typical SaaS deployment.

Training Courses & Study Materials
While training courses are not required, the exams do reference Archer course material. If you’re looking for structured study resources, we strongly recommend reviewing the courses mapped to each exam as shown below. Full details of all Archer courses are available here: https://www.archerirm.community/s/course-catalog
A Few Important Notes:
-
*Level 1 is based on free classes.
- Additional courses are listed only for those who want extra practice or hands-on labs.
-
** Starred courses:
- Older courses (Admin I and Admin II) have been replaced. If you previously completed Admin II, you already have coverage for much of this content.
-
