FormulaValidator: Proactively validate formulas ahead of the enhanced Calculation Engine migration

As part of the migration to the Enhanced Calculation Engine, we have developed a lightweight utility called FormulaValidator that lets you proactively perform a static scan of your calculated field formulas before the migration affects them.

What It Does

• Connects to your Archer instance
• Scans calculated field formulas for the applications you specify
• Produces an easy‑to‑read HTML report highlighting anything that needs review

Running FormulaValidator ahead of the Enhanced Calculation Engine migration gives you time to identify and address any formula issues on your own schedule, rather than discovering them during or after the transition. 

Once you are ready to enable the Enhanced Calculation Engine after using formula validator tool, it is suggested to validate your business-critical calculations against real data post enablement and typical scenarios to confirm everything behaves as expected. If anything looks different than expected, it may be worth a closer look.
